Default Upgrading to Sirius

If i bought a Factory radio off of another jeep that has sirius would i be able to just plug it in and the sirius work or will there be more things i need to buy? antenna etc..

ok, thanks... i have one of sirius and one subscription of XM im not sure which i like better yet but the wife don't want the aftermarket sirius in her jeep now that i have factory XM in my chevy so im looking into buying a dash unit for her.. i wonder if i can transfer my subscription to the new unit from my aftermarket...

whenever u need to find something; there's always Ebay! lol

yes, you can transfer the 'ESN' on your account, just call them, or maybe you can do it online.

each radio has its own ESN

now if only I could find a way to get free SIRIUS on my 3 radios... but i'm too lazy...

dave if you search the forums I know this has been discussed before. There was a place that sells the antennas -- they have a special connector on them. I can't recall the name, but I do remember the thread.

no covers only north america and most of central america. i heard they are in talks expand to europe though
