someone posted on another jk forum about a "friend" recieving mygig update 9.712 as the real "new" fresh from HB and on its way to dealers as the real new software update
but ....... no link to download it
so i say....... if anyone has any knowledge about this please share

I'm supposed to have the latest update coming from HB, so I'll post what it is when I get it. I downlaoded 9.705 and it has worked great for me, but will be interested if they send me a newer edition.

 

I really need this update. My HDD music library is corrupt (2400 songs). After I installed 9.703 whenever I accessed the HDD for music it would freeze. I know that the HDD is good because my navigation works just fine. Btw I have the 30gig model. I’m hoping that this update works for me.

I emailed HB a couple of days ago but hadn't heard anything back from them still about this latest release.

Waiting very anxiously here also.

 

i hope that they resolve the issue that delays the tracks 2seconds on a cd that is copied to the hard drive. i listen to alot of live stuff and the tracks sound better when they flow seemlessly into each other.

 

Just got an email from HB. They're shipping the new version out next week and will be sending me one.

what does it mean to burn to the "root" of a cd? do i have to do anything different than when i normally burn pics or something to a cd?
