Warn Customer Service is Great!!!
Got a set of Warn W650D driving lights in Feb 2012 (Warn actually gave them to me for free). I just noticed that there was rust developing around the drain hole in one of the lights ... so water was getting into the housing.
I didn't have a copy of the order paperwork but decided to call Warn anyway. They just asked me to send an image of the problem (see above). They didn't require I provide a receipt ... fact I had it was verification enough. And, they sent out the replacement at their expense.
Granted it would have been nice not to have happened. But, Warn definitely stands behind their products and their customer service is great.
I also like that the lights are wireless -- were REALLY easy to install -- and pretty bright. I mounted them just above the hood on the Windshield bracket -- works well and keeps them generally out of harms way when in the brush.

There customer service is great! My winch was having problems and they walked me they a step by step process on how to fix it and if i broke anything they said they would replace it free of charge! Great people over there! They know how to get repeat customers....awesome products and service!
