Default Warn vs. Hella

Anyone have an idea where the $150 difference is at with the 4" HID Lights from Warn & Hella?? They look almost just alike...The wireless switch can't be that big of difference I wouldn't think..

Warn 4" HID

Hella 4" HID

Im guessing the wireless switch takes up a big chunk of it. Do they have the same lights without one? The only other thing I can figure would be those horse blinders they have on it. Probably to help keep you from washing out your hood with light when theyre on.

The horse blinders are stone guards, just like Warn has the little fins.. I can't find any technical data on the Warns, but the Hella are 12v 35w.
