Default Washer Pump Not Working

Alright so my washer pump isn't working in my 2007 JKU.
-ordered and installed a new pump nothing
-checked fuses and replaced them anyway nothing
-checked for +12v DC at the fuse location it's good
-checked for voltage at the pump powe connector and i'm getting nothing.

I checked as much of the wiring as I could get my hands on and found no obvious damage.
How can i narrow down where my problem might be? I found this wiring diagram but can only figure out bits of it.

I would check for continuity in the wires going to the pump to the tipm and from the tipm to the pump. Just because the wire looks fine from the outside doesn't mean it isn't broken on the inside. Most wires break internally within a few inches of the connector, so moving the wire around can help check for opens.
