Mate mine was replaced under warranty, if you have a 2010 Jk I can't see how they can refuse it, it's a 3 year warranty... Ask to speak to Craig the dealer principle and have a go at him, find out why it's not covered as you did not break it... You're welcome to mention mine being replaced, let me know how you go
