Weird AC/Electrical Issue
I have a 2013 JK with connectivity group, power windows, Alpine upgraded sound, RES130 headunit, etc.
Today, I noticed my AC was off after starting the engine. ODD. It has been on since I bought the Jeep in August. I recall that it was off yesterday when I started up too. It never has turned to off while they engine has been off before, but it is definitely doing it now.
I asked a friend with a 2013 JK and hers is staying on after turning the engine off and back on.
The only thing I've changed that would even remotely electrical was the addition of a 200w powered 10" sub. It is wired to the positive battery, chassis grounded on the rear seat bracket and remotely turned on by the rear power outlet, M7 switched.
I noticed that if I shut off the engine for a few minutes, the settings are saved. If it is off for 10 minutes or so, settings are lost.
Why would that affect the status of the AC at start up? Or is it related?
Thanks for any help.

Probably not your issue, but if you are still using the stock battery, I'd consider saving for a new one. Many folks in here experience early death of the battery, which presents with some weird electrical symptoms. There's also some people in here that suffer from weird electrical problems that are caused by loose connections at the battery terminals.
