What is the bracket that allows you to mount two driving lights like the KC light or Hella on front corners of the windshield. I'd like to order some.

Mopar makes one and so does KC. The Mopar is a little more inboard than the KC. Do a search of the site and you will see several posts on it.

I went to the STEALERSHIP to get the brackets and they wanted $129.00 for them Plus tax! I then said "I don't need the lights with them just the brackets...." he said "Yea the lights are $150.00 more, and the harness to install it is another 120!" I told them to go pound salt!

I like the position of the Mopar ones but for that much money I can have carbon fiber ones made custom!

Any Pics of the Rugged Ridge ones installed?

I dont like the KC ones they are to far up\and in. I like the more down and out look. (I know the antenna is going to be a issue but I will just bend it..)

$129+ is gawdawful stupid. You can get them onlinne for around $76 ($83 and change with shipping) at places like Wyckoff (which is still a buttraping for two bent pieces of metal) That being said, i like the mopar ones as well (I have them but did NOT pay that much for them)

google the part # 82210556AB, you should come up with a few options.

Here is the Cheepest I have found the Mopar Brackets to date, from Wyckoff Jeep. The bad part is that Wyckoff is in NJ and so am I, so I had to pay state sales tax.

Hope this will help you.......

As far as I know Mopar only makes one bracket and thats the low/out. Just be certain you get the Mopar bracket for 07-08 model because they do make one for the earlyer years.

this is a picture of the Mopar light bracket (courtesy of Clackey( ! ))

This picture by Caleb shows both the KC and the Mopar brackets for comparrison. MOPAR on the right, lower and more outboard, KC on the left, higher up and more inboard. The KC's therefor dont interfere with the Antenna, the Mopar's do. All personnal preference.

To my knowledge, the Mopar mirror bracket is a seperate piece, and mounts to the side of the a-pillar support bracket, whereas the light bracket mounts to the front.

Look closely at this photo by Mark Doiron and you can see what I believe is the Mopar mirror bracket in place, sans mirror. You can tell where it mounts differently than the light bracket
