Default What is this plug for?

Hi all, first post. I was upgrading the dash speakers in my Jeep, and when I had the side trim panel off the dash, I noticed this unpopulated plug in the dash. Does anyone know what this plug is for? (See photos) My Jeep is a 2012 JKU Sport, so I'm assuming it is for some option I don't have. If anyone knows, id appreciate it! If it's something that has accessory power, I'd love to know, because that would be a decent place to wire in power for a dash cam if it's on accessory power.

Thanks all!

I believe that is the Intrusion Protection harness. I would take it you don't have the IP option in your JK?

It looks like that may be it. My rearview mirror has no power run to it, and it looks like that harness runs up to the rear view mirror from your diagram. Whether that ties into intrusion protection who knows, but mine is a 2012, so idk whether I'd have the option for the auto dimming mirror or not.

I appreciate your response!!
