JK members have a question regarding a wiring connector located in the right rear at the corner under the carpet just below the body to roof line of the 4dr unlimited;
it is GRAY - square with 6 pins. Appreciate all replies. Thanks

A picture always helps, but guessing that it's for the subwoofer. I think the wiper/defrost connector is on the driver's side.

I agree with jedg. It is for the sub (4 pins) and the rear cig lighter/charger port (2 pins) on equipped vehicles.

And to add, the cigarette lighter/accessory plugs are active or can be activated. The sub wires are not active unless your Jeep has premium sound (i.e. An Amplifier) and you cannot add premium factory sound to a sport that did not come from the factory equipped.
