Yeah looks like the harness the power windows clip into. Its cheaper to toss in one major harness and not plug anything into it (in your case) then to fabricate one up for every option that someone might go with.

The way that it's taped down means obviously it's unused. I've got a connector under the console for the auto shifter lighting yet I have a manual.

They use a standard harness and just plug things in as needed. It may even be something uconnect related. Someone has something plugged in there but the picture isn't clear.

It used to be a game to figure out where these unused harnesses go.

So if I want to add power windows all I need to do is buy all the parts and it will work ?

I'm sure it wouldn't be cheap buying all the parts and then most likely needing a computer reflash on top of it.

The previous owner probably had power window doors that broke or damaged and replaced them with cheaper manual doors. Do you have the window switches on the dash?
