i am trying to decide where to put a second set of duallies on the stock bumper

1st choice is smittybuilt tag light mount http://www.quadratec.com/products/92122_9205.htm

which way would you choose please help trying to decide

I can tell you from experience that those brackets that mount in front of the rad bounce the lights a bit on bumps and after 2 years are starting to rust. Frankly if I had to do it again I'd just drill into the bumper and mount them directly on it !!

ok ordered my second set of duallies anyone have the mounts i listed above or any other suggestions of putting them on the front bumper ?

if it's the stock bumper just drill right into it, best and cheapest option there is. there's metal underneath so they won't bounce around.
