Default Windshield Lights?

Has anyone installed the windshield mounted lights yet? i just ordered the KC brackets and 6 inch KC slimlights and I want to be prepared to install them when they get to me. How are the wires ran into the body without being completely obvious? Any help would be great. ( Pics would be nice as well)

I mounted the Mopar brackets. I like the look over everything else on the market. They mount the lights down and out away from the windshield. I first mounted KC 6" slimline long rangelamps. They were awesome! I just sold those lights to BYUCOUG and I mounted KC 8" slimline long rage lights. The 8" use the same 130 watt bulb but have a better pattern and seem brighter. Also with a 3" lift and 35's they seem to fit better on the JK. Here is a pic of the 6" I will post a pic of the 8" tomorrow. Installation was totally easy!

I have them too. The Mopars are higher $ than the others, but the aftermarket ones mount the lights in closer and higher and seem like they would obstruct your view a lot more that the Mopar brackets.

The KC lamp packages come with everything. The instructions are pretty easy to follow.

I've got the Mopar Bracket and bought some IPF lights... I couldn't tell in the picture exactly how the wires were run down to the engine compartment... can someone expand on that and provide any tips to make the wire penetration/routing look as good as possible right at the light/windshield.

I ran the wires from the lights between the center cowl grille and the sides into the engine compartment.
