Default Windshield Wipper is Broken

It wasn't until a monsoon hit Scottsdale, AZ that I noticed my passenger windshield wipper does not work. My driver one works fine. In fact, when that one is working, because the passenger one is not working I hear like a small clunk/stuck noise under the hood.

How I can fix this? Any advice?

Thanks!

Pry off the plastic cover at the pivot point of the wiper. Check the nut under the cover. If it is good, remove it and pop off the wiper arm. Do the same for the other wiper. Remove the four screws holding down the cowl. Pry up the plastic rivets at the cowl vent. remove the cowl. check the wiper linkages.

One of the links is not attached. I have one problem... I know how to fix this, but how do I get those 4 plastic buttons off of the vent/cowl so I can fully take the metal panel off in order to fix my wiper linkage?

Thanks!
