Default Orange With Grey stripe

So basically If you don't have power locks or windows your going to have to tap into the gauge cluster to get the Orange with grey stripe. Thanks for all the help

...or footwell lights if you have them. My '14 does but my wife's '12 doesn't so I don't know if it started in '13 or '14.

As I said in the other post, the orange/gray wire behind the heater controls is available as well. It's visible when you pull the dash piece off.

Does anyone have the layout of the stock switch in the sPOD? I'm looking for how many pins there are and exactly what each pin does. I've got the model on order with the button and lower lights.

Thanks in advance!

(I rated 5 stars by the way!)

The sPod came with several different switches. The way I figured out which mine came with was using the LED configuration along with the pin configuration and looking on OTRATTW.com to find the schematic. I then verified it with a multimeter.

Looking at the switches and wiring in the sPOD in my hands, I'm almost positive it is setup as below. However, the sPOD switch only has 4 pins on it and OTRATTW doesn't have any switches with only 4 pins. It has to be a SDST and it has 2 LEDs. The upper is dependent on the switch and the lower is controlled by push button. I would have expected a ground for the upper light but there's no pin for it. Thoughts?

8 --- Lower Light (unsure if pos or neg)
2 --- Lower Light (unsure if pos or neg)
3 --- Output to sPOD

7 --- Incoming

Sounds similar to the ones I have. They only have 4 pins because the upper and lower LEDs share a ground internally. I believe it's SPST and not SPDT because of the way it behaves.

So this is how my sPOD is wired out of the box, pretending there is only three switches. The upper light is dependent on the main switch, but there's no pins for it at all, and the lower light (L. Lite) is independent. Assuming that the lower light and upper light share a ground, I don't see where the ground is. I'm confused as to how the upper light is grounded and why the daisy-chained lower lights down have a return path.

The pushbutton switch just interrupts the flow of current to the lower LEDs. I disconnected mine and repurposed it as a secondary lockout for my lockers since I modified it to only have power when the dash lights are on.

The upper LED comes on with the switch which is why it has no pins. Pin 7 is the ground on mine.
