Default Working on 3rd switch panel...

'Cause I don't have enough switches already! :-D

My current setup (photo from last fall -- all the switches are spoken for now):

The third switch panel -- for an in-cab winch controller and backup battery controller -- will be going here:

There's a lot of plastic, both on and behind the console, that needs to be 'massaged' to fit the new switches and LEDs:

Getting a coat of primer before the flat black paint:

Do you have problems with the lower switches when you shift

The switch panels, from top to bottom, are setup as:

1- Bumper mounted driving lights (also needs High Beams to turn on).
2- Roof rack center mounted driving lights (also needs High Beams to turn on).
3- Roof rack corner mounted cornering lights.
4- Roof rack mounted backup / work lights.
5- Winch on (225A continuous duty solenoid).
6- York air compressor on.

1- Winch controller.
2- Backup battery BIC controller (on/auto/off).

1- Front locker on.
2- Rear locker on.
3- ABS/ESP off.
4- FAN off.
5- Electronic idle controller on.

J.S.

if all goes as planned next year I want you to work for me

I should be getting my cards for mechanics and want to open up a jeep garage for mods and repairs w/t a store ie same set up as the other here

you would be perfect for the electrical set ups w/t your own product line

"J.S. CUSTOM ONBOARD SET UPS"

"J.S. C.O.S.U."

I finally got that in-cab winch controller done. While my father-in-law was working on wiring the switches, I was wiring the Jeep. Here are some photos.

The electronic throttle control. I'm getting inconsistent results with it and I'm a little disappointed with it so far...

The console ready to go back in.

And once installed.

Next will be some additional gauges (voltage of backup battery and air pressure), and some air tanks (approx. 2 x 6 gallons).

FYI - For future readers that might want to do this with their Warn 9.5 winch (the 9.5si and 9.5ti seem to use the same remote wiring), here's the remote layout:

And the PDF for a larger view:

http://public.mvlan.net/content/Jeep...e%20Remote.pdf

The LED is connected across a 1N4007 diode, and the 1000 ohms resistance is simply there to drop the voltage for the LED.
