Thats just the description of a package I found, not really fully sure on what it all means which is why im asking.

You could go to the Kicker web site and read more about those speakers. They are probably pretty cool. Buy your gonna need more power thn just the OE head unit.

I'm not looking to go nuts or anything, kind of hoping to just call it quits on the audio after this (potential) upgrade. Are you thinking that it would sound distorted or perform that poorly??

Also, will the tweeters that come with the component be plug and play to the existing tweeters on the dash or will I have to place them elsewhere? I'm not sure if the tweeter has to have a crossover to the speaker.

Did some looking around, maybe if i go this route and i'm not fully satisfied I could add the kicker hideaway this way i can get the amp and sub in one small package and still power the speakers. Any input would be appreciated!

Hmm, after keeping up with the research i'm having trouble understanding what exactly the Kicker Hideaway does. Does the 150W amp just power the sub or do the speakers run through the amp as well? I could just keep this conversation going with myself for days folks..
