Actually that is a great price.

Should work. You didn't get the fogs with the stock bumper you bought? Or the bumper just has the holes for the fogs?

the wiring is actually rather simple once you look at it, but if you are dead set on the factory stalk switch, there isnt another option i am aware of other than this kit. (look around, i found it for $108 online)

If you just want fogs and dont care about the factory style switch, the Deltas (IMO) give a better/brighter pattern & any auxilliary lighting harness will work with a simple rocker switch. I dont know if the deltas come with a harness or not, but you can assemble one, or outright buy one fairly cheaply from an autoparts store or probably Quadratech has them as well: its just wire, a switch, a fuse holder, a relay socket & a relay. dont let it scare you, all the info you need to wire them up is here if that is the route you chose to take. Both will work, the Mopar kit will give you a more factory look, doing it yourself will just take marginally more time, if any. be slightly more expensive (20-30bucks maybe, by the time you grab a harness for the deltas), but will also teach you about relays, so the next time.....
