Default XTRA lites

Thinking of installing KC Slimlites driving lites on my new bumper. Can I wire them into my factory fog lamps? hence using the same switch? Thanx in advance for your help.

You really should run a seperate relay and wiring to those lights. The factory fogs are only 35 watts or so. I would say running anything over 55 watts on the factory wiring is asking for trouble

^^ agree I put my procomps on the fog light wiring and the jeep killed the lights for drawing too much. Relay or in line fuse is the better way to do it.

you could use the factory fogs as a trigger to a relay to support the new fogs, then just run new wires from the battery through the relay contacts to the lights. With the proper fuse to support the wire gauge used.
