Engine swap
I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler that has been back at the dealer several times for the ETC Light. They have replaced the pedal, wiring and flashed the computer which as not repaired the problem. I was wondering if it is possible to remove the 3.8 and drop in a V6 chevy minus the computer

Anything is possible, including it's just a bad ETC (electronic throttle control). With an engine swap of any kind, the problems are likely to be much harder to troubleshoot. Auto techs are just like doctors, lawyers, etc. -- Sometimes you have to go with someone else.
