I have been running them for 3 years. New axles front and back, gussets on the front axle. Flat fenders and front driveshaft. I also have coilovers and bead locks. Running on borrowed time with my dana 44s.

I'm coming from not having a Dana44 in the front but I can tell you even a stock rubi Dana 44 will need reinforcing or replacing.

I'm building a Currie Rock Jock 44 with chromoly shafts, heavy duty synergy ball joints, regearing to 5.13 using yukon gears, synergy flipped drag link and i'm also adding front and rear e-lockers. I still have to upgrade my driveshaft because that WILL go, it's only a matter of time.. but since I had to upgrade my front axle, not bothering spending $ on a D30, I'll be adding an Adams driveshaft when it lets me know it needs replacing.

3" lift. Did some trimming in the rear fender wells. Hydro assist steering. Increased bump stop front and rear 4". Chromoly shafts front and rear. Broke stock trussed housing and replaced with TF44 housing and went to 5.38 gears. 3 1/2" backspaced wheels.
