Something that really bugged me was the comp corners for the rear stretch had these bad cuts from a grinder instead of a smooth radius and were rattle canned instead of painted. I had planned on just fixing the radius of the wheel openings and then rattle can with clear coat but a local painter gave me a killer deal on doing it professionally and he painted the cage so why not?

Then while i was in there I cleaned up the trimming on the factory tubs, threw some red rattle can on it to stop any rust and then gave the wheel wells some rattle can bedliner

new badge

Then I pulled out my porter cable DA buffer and see what I could do with the paint, unfortunately the stock "Wrangler" and "x" badges are burned into the crappy stock dodge paint and the P/O didnt cover the hood or cowl when welding and cutting so lots of burn in the clear. I do eventually want to get rid of the snorkel so I will find a red hood off a wrecked jeep online or locally. Still the paint turned out pretty good and i remind myself this will be for offroad

Bought a Harness Bar because I wanted some Harnesses and took it to painter with my comp corners, make some L tabs that use the factory seat bolts in the floor.

Looks great. How did you redo the wheel arch?
