It sucks when it happens, but we get over it and just shop elsewhere. I for one was very pleased with my front bumper. It came packaged very well and looked better than I expected on the JK. Some parts get bent/broken/scratched, I cant see being a fan boy and buying something for it's name that does the same exact job. Plus I can save myself some $$$ for the real important parts.
