That's awesome. Congrats. Seems like you got a hell of a deal. Two green jeeps? Who's the second one?

By the way, y'all have a safe trip and enjoy today. I'll be there the next time I hope.

Thanks man. The second one was the forum member who I traded tops with and got the axle from, I can't remember his name on here. It was the first time I had seen a jeep like mine before and had to grab a picture.

We had a great time today, I'll be posting in tales and trails about it soon.

Edit: Elvis: no rubbing on the pinch seams all day long. I was probably close a few times, but no cigar. They'll be staying full length until the jump to 37's

Well, here is where she sits now: (will update with pictures later once everything is installed)

-Quadratec LED head lights. These things are great, almost went with truck lights but didn't like the hot spot in the middle of the beam. These are perfectly even, no flicker or anything and crazy bright.
-New slush mats installed (carpet to be pulled soon)
-Moving the hi lift to the rear bumper
-Adding a new Rough country 20" light bar to the hood ($70 on amazon right now! 50" for $200-250)
-Spiderweb shade, plan to use it despite being December.
-Rigid 20" led bar hood mount
-OTRATTW Rockers

It doesn't seem like a lot, but I'm incredibly excited, haven't been able to do much to the jeep lately because of the axle swap and regear to 4.88.

After the Rausch creek trip, I found some dirty water in my air intake. Not much, but enough to spend some money on the Rugged ridge snorkel soon and move my a pillar cubes to the rear bumper for reverse lights or just lights to get people from riding my tail down the back roads.

Figured since you've been showing my build thread some attention id check yours out... Great build man! Love seeing 2 door builds and yours is coming along damn well. Pretty jealous of the deal you got on that axle... I'm about 4 hours away from rausch creek.. But I will not rule out the possibility of a wheeling trip there in the future...

Thanks man. I love the 2 doors, and have actually made a plan on how I will keep mine 8+ more years. I feel like I've passed the point of no return to simply sell it and get a new one in 5 years, I'd like to enjoy how much I've been putting into it for much longer. The axle is still sitting there (but painted now), waiting for the funds to hit the magic quoted number. I'm 3-3.5 hours away and consider it well worth the drive to PA. They've got something for every one. Stock to crawlers, every rig can have a good time.

I plan on keeping mine for awhile also... I do like the four doors BC of the added space but 2 doors look way better to my eye atleast for the time being.... I've been throwing the idea around of Moab in 17'.... But my jeeps got a long way to go until I'll make the trip...

I'm the start of this thread I said no rock crawling,
Rubicon trail etc... Well I lied I guess. Hopefully, I trust my set up in 2016 enough to run either the rubicon or go to moab, then run the other in 2017.
(Gotta get them checked before I start getting harassed about kids!)
