Default Lucas ATF

I want to use the Lucas Mult Vehicle ATF in the transfer case.. Is anyone running this? I am concerned because on the back of it, it says compatible with synthetic and non.... Does that phrase mean its an additive ??

I've not used that product, but looking at the back of the bottle, I don't read it as the product itself is an additive. In fact, up at the top is says it is an ATF with a special LUCAS additive package. I read the part your questioning and interpret as though it can be used in vehicles that require synthetic ATF, and in vehicles that use conventional ATF.

I'd still prefer to use the Mopar ATF+4 stipulated in my owners manual. Is there a special reason you're wanting to use this instead?

The only reason I am looking at it is because the local Auto store didn't have Mopar ATF+4.
