Default My journey to ONE TONS!!

Well I just got a set of axles for my 2011 JKU Sport.

I am prepared for a long (and expensive) journey to get these under my keep. To start I'll describe my current set up:

Axles:
stock open Dana 30 front
Stock Dana 44 rear LSD
3.73 gears

Suspension:
2.5" Rock Krawler Coils
Fox 2.0 remote resi shocks
Synergy fixed front lower control arms
Teraflex fixed rear lower control arms
Stock upper control arms
Currie anti rock sway bar (front)

Steering:
Synergy ball joints
Synergy tie rod
Synergy drag link (flipped)
Teraflex monster trac bar
Synergy raised trac bar mount
Redneck ram hydro assist

Armor:
Smittybilt front bumper w/ winch
Smittybilt rock rails
Ace engineering rear bumper/ tire carrier
Ace engineering body armor
Ace engineering inner fenders
Metalcloak fenders

Tires/wheels:
Pro comp 17" wheels
37/1250/17 Goodyear MTR

As you can see, most of this will have to be removed (so if you want anything it'll soon be for sale)

I'll post in the next comment my plans for the Superduty axles.

So the axles I'll be using are:

Dana 60 front
Sterling 10.5 rear

Both are set up with 3.73 gears at the moment.

My plans or the Dana 60 as of now are:

Artec Jk 1 ton swap for Dana 60 with the 3 link set up
4.88 gears
ARB locker
Currie unit bearings

As for the rear, I know there are issues with the gas tank so I am looking Into getting the gen right crawler tank.

Artec 1 ton swap kit
4.88 gears
ARB locker

I want to run 16" ORIs through the tub In the rear and 14" ORIs in the front.

The items listed above I am pretty confident in and my research has stopped there for now.

The items still in question are steering, control arms, and driveshafts.

Any input is greatly appreciated!
