Default Seat Covers

I was just emailed from Rugged Ridge that they are sending my replacement seat covers today.

This is the second time they have stood behind their products. My seat covers were 2.5 years old, faded, badly from Jeep top off as much as possible. They have a 5 year limited warranty. I sent proof of purchase and they sent me new seat covers.

The second time was my bikini/safari top. A plastic clip broke on a strap. I called to order a clip. They asked what happened so I told them it just broke from daily driving. They said we will to take care of that. I expected a new clip in mail but what I received was a whole new top.

Just thought I would share this companies actions when ever you are looking for Jeep aftermarket parts.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Rugged Ridge. It helps the rest of us decide who we take our business to. I've had nothing but good experiences with Rugged Ridge, too.

Very nice to see the positive company reviews being posted. Makes it that much easier to choose which company to order parts from!

Thanks!
