Anyone have experience with the Reese that Tractor Supply sells? I want a HiLift but nobody sells it in central NY and I don't want to order it. The least amount of brown boxes being intercepted by the wife the better, if you know what I mean..

I looked at one of these at the store and was not impressed at all. I cut their zip ties and tried using it Ruth there in the store, I left and bought a hi-lift. Their is a reason why everyone says hi-lift. I thought it was a brand band wagon thing, nope just superior. Do yourself a favor and get a hi-lift. Hope this helps.

However, the Hi-Lift is also the most dangerous jack around, and should be used correctly and carefully.
One risk is having the handle hit you. Don't give it the chance...
The other is that it may too easily tip over, sideways, and this accessory solves the main Hi-Lift risk, :

I also have a RASTA 'Jamie Jack', a jack that lifts an axle by driving over it for a very short distance:

I have a habor frieght 4ft jack and it works great!
No seriously, it is junk. Side by side you can see the difference. I would put a bottle jack where your stock jack is and a hi lift on the hood or bumper. I have used my high lift a lot. I wouldn't wheel with out it.
