disconnecting sway bar

i keep a lashing strap tied around the frame. when i disconnect i just strap the swaybar up with it so it doesn't flop around.

regarding the comments about disconnecting the rear, i've never tried it but always read that was a recipe for disaster.

U just do one side or both? Idk if there's a need for both sides one sends fine IMO just wanna check what others do

I do both so other side isn't moving up and down and increasing chance of tire rubbing swaybar

i disconnect both sides, but just have a strap on one side. the swaybar is one long rigid bar, so if you strap up one side the other will stay up as well.
