The stock tires sidewalls are thin so don't air down too much. I have seen them rip pretty easily.

It's a little pricey but differential covers and essential skid plates. Possibly relocate the evap canister. Also, rugged floor mats to collect all the mud. I highly recommend quadratec floor mats. I love them! Deep, durable and easy to wash. Good luck with your first adventure

I was wondering the same thing!

I have the baseeeeeee model X and don't have tow hooks on the front or rear bumpers, is this a simple mod I could do myself if I wanted to add them on incase I need to pulled out of somewhere?

I agree with the evap canister. That thing is in one of the worst spots ever. And pobably one of the most if not the most is never go wheelin alone. That said have fun!

Evap canister is right...I ripped mine off first time wheeling! Good news is that it was covered under warranty! I would definitely get recovery hooks as well...they came on my Rubi and I have used them...a lota...and only recently was I in the good end of the strap pulling someone else out!
