Default First time off road!!

Yeah! I've had my Jeep since January, and believe it or not, today was the FIRST time I've gotten it really off road! I don't have a winch or anything, and I have the stock sahara tires, so I knew I needed a buddy to go with me. Finally found one! He was in an f-250 with a 16500 lb winch, and we got after it! I only got stuck once!
My Jeep is my first 4 wheel drive, so today was not only the first time i drove the jeep off road, but the first time i've driven ANYTHING off road.

IT WAS A BLAST. Now I just need to get some better tires and do it again!

Go Get Em Bud! It's fun to go where most others can't, isn't it! You're smart to go with someone.

ur gonna need a cash infusion or I.V. to solve the upgrade addiction that many of us have had since original purchase of jeep.

Just Empty Every Pocket comes to mind.

once u have been offroad with it you start to say things like "you know, if i had a lift with bigger tires" or you know its getting bad when u say things like" man, that was deep, next time ill have a snorkel for that puddle."

soon u will need upgrades for the upgrades...im not joking....

then u go deeper into trouble offroading and start all over again with "if i had more lift and bigger tires i could tackle that..."

your welcome.

haha, it's true, I have a laundry list of upgrades, even before my excursion the list was very long! Gotta get the cash to get the stuff, though!

Texas Trailmaker--Marshall High School, by any chance? I was a Longview Lobo

Thanks for all the advice, I'll see ya'll out on the trails
