Damn, I knew that looked like out by the pumpkin patch. Probably just south of the PP? That area changes radically out there every time it rains. I almost did the very same thing......stopped right at the edge of a somewhat deeper washout. Would have been baaaad news. Glad it got out in decent condition.

I would have positioned both jeeps at the rear of the vehicle. Hook 1 winch cable under the jeep from the rear to the front axle. Hook the 2nd cable to the rear bumper. Pull the front axle faster than the bumper. Probably would have ruined the cable hooked to the front but would probably had you out in an hour or so.
