Mounting winch box inside jeep?

Default Mounting winch box inside jeep?

Hi, can i mount this box inside the jk footwell of driver side, will there be alot of wires and if you have done it please let us know with pictures??

Why would you want to? If anything maybe consider under the hood? I've seen that done before.

Under the hood, kill switch from the battery and you're good to go!

Could I leave the remote plugged into the box all the time while mounted under jeep hood and have the wire routed inside for the remote?

That's what I did. Look at the box right in the pic. The remote wire is plugged in and I've got nice switches inside the cabin. And a wireless remote that's working flawlessly when the hood is closed.
