How did you extend the rear shocks? Did they give you the lower brackets? Definitely need longer sway bar links. You may find with the brake hard lines exposed below the chassis that they will catch at some point on the sway bar and bend - ask me how I know. To do it right you need to replace the flexible lines with longer ones and leave the hard lines where they are. Then to stop the side to side ass wobble you will get in the rear going over road undulations and bumps you need to level the track bar up on the axle using an adjustable TB and raise bracket. Will also allow the axle to be centered again. Notice lifting a Jeep is not quite so simple.
