I prefer LoD bumpers myself but shop around and take your time.
With the winch are you wanting to run synthetic line or steel? And what is your price point. I have a super winch Talon synthetic which suits my needs well and not as crazy expensive as a Warn. As far as long arm lifts I have no experience with them but if you do a search on the forums you will find a lot of useful information.
