Pushed my cluch in while submerged!
I was stuck recently and pushed in my clutch multiple times
I know this is not good. I have not had any problems out of my clutch but is there anything I need to do to clean the muddy water out. I changed my differential fluid but what about my transmission? Is there anything I can do or is the damage done?

the same thing happened to me, how long has it been since it happened? the general feeling people gave me was that if u have not had problems within a week you probably escaped without any damage
That is good to know. It has been about two weeks now. I rock climbed pretty hard with it this past weekend w/o problems. Do you think I need to change my transmission oil now?

the first one will probably be the most helpful for u
From what I've read here previously, people who do have problems tend to have them straight away or within a day or two anyway when the mud clogging the clutch and bell-housing dries out.
That looks too deep. You are certain to have sucked mud into your clutch. You won't know immediately that it's broken, but it will significantly shorten the life your clutch. Might as well spend the money now to fix it, than to end up broke in the middle of the woods. I wouldn't recommend using a JK to play in mud & water. It's too expensive to fix what breaks.
The JK is perfectly capable of playing in the mud and water, just know your limitations. I have had muddy water to the headlights in mine with no problems. Is it a good idea to push the clutch? No. Will it always cause sever damage? No. Would I replace a clutch that is not giving me problems on just the opinion of someone I have never met? NO WAY!!! There is absolutely no excuse to send the OP's mind racing, thinking he has ruined his clutch, and that he should immediately sink hundreds of dollars into his Jeep for a repair that is not necessary. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Youri, are you saying he should replace his clutch now? if so, that is not correct. If he is not having any issues with it, leave it alone. Change the oil if you see fit, but leave that clutch alone. I am sure he'll get years of use out of that clutch. The clutch is not going to fail over night, if it's going bad, he will notice a change in performance in it.
The fact he has wheeled it lately with no detrimental effects, says to me it's fine.

End of wheeling season, that's when you can drain all the fluids unless contaminated.
