I think calling the authorities is a bit overkill. They have much better things to do and would consider it a nuisance call.
I agree with the Hi-Lift smack, however.
The citizens need to start standing up and using overt "peer pressure."

My favorite is to see an eco-weenie toss trash or a cigarette butt out the window.
I've come to expect such behavior from people that just don't give a d@mn, but these are the Algore hypocrites and their ilk.

Mud holes are like the rule about collecting firewood, plan for a depth, find out the job is twice what you planned.
