Shocks???
If you're worried about gas mileage then maybe you should trade in your jeep bro!!! You're not going to notice a lot of mileage loss at 35... A better ride is what you'll get and won't be so hard on your other components
I think you should set you tires at 30 and see how it goes. It will probably feel much smoother. If you still want a better ride then look into shocks.
I run mine at 25-28 on road dropped down from 35 and could tell a fairly big difference.

Just put the Rancho 9000xl's on mine and the ride is much better than stock and adjustable. With the rebate Rancho is running you can't beat it and it ends up being quite a bit lower than the Bilstein's.

Run my load E's at 32 for a comfy ride.
With 45 PSI and the relatively light load of the jeep you should notice that your tires are crowning in the middle thus you are not making contact with the edges of the tire. This is bad wear, you want to have full contact across the tread of the tire.
As I am sure you are aware, we didn't buy these machines for gas mileage.

Yeah Discount mounted mine at 42 psi and it rode like crap. Fortunately during my tire research I noticed most people run the Trail Grapplers at 28 psi and it was a world of difference in ride quality, I would still suggest the 5100s though, great shock for the money.
