Default Snatch block for synthetic rope

Are there certain snatch blocks that work better with synthetic rope? I know not to use one that has been used with wire. My new winch will be here next week and need to pick of a couple of accessories for it.

Not really. As long as the roller is clean and clear nicks, sharp edges or any sort of damages.

David you da' man. Was going to say the same thing but you beat me to it. The only other thing to look out for is if the design of the block has places that can pinch the line. Other than that a snatch block is just a pulley.

100% right. A wider diameter sheave may extend the life of your line in the long run, but it's not worth losing sleep over. As long as you haven't used that same snatch block for a steel line and you inspect it for nicks/dings/etc. on a regular basis, you're good to go.
