Default TeraFlex Leveling Kit

Just bought a 2011 JK 2 door with a dealership installed TeraFlex leveling kit. 2" lift in the front 1" in the back. Is this a decent lift for light offroading? Is it easily upgraded?

I would think so, since you mention you'll be "light-offloading". Keep in mind these babies are "trail rated" in a stock configuration. But, I guess it really comes down to the type of terrain. Where are you located? What type of riding will you be doing?

I did the Teraflex leveling kit on my 2010 JK 2 door......with this i was able to put 285/75/16 without any rubbing! I have done some light wheeling and it has served it's purpose.....When i save up more money, i will probably be looking into the 3" TeraFlex lift......
Good luck!

I have the same level kit and am running a 297/70/18 which is a 34.4" tire. Have only rubbed a few times at full flex when doin some small rock crawling at Rausch Creek. Other than that, I wheel every weekend in mud/trails and have never rubbed at home.

Playing in El Paso TX and Southern NM. Sand and some rock trails.

I have this leveling kit with 285/70r17 and do light off-roading. No rubbing and I'm very happy with the kit for the price.

I just ordered the same lift and am awaiting delivery of BFGoodrich 305/70/16 KM2 MTs based on answers to questions I've posted here. Will be doing some off-roading for sure!

Yes, I have the puck version (the performance kit wasn't on the market) and I do light offloading, hunting, fishing, camping, etc and it is perfect for my needs. As far as upgrading, depends where you want to go and what size tires you wanna run.
