i am curious how the go cart engine is going to handle all of this. Should have grabbed that old fords engine as well! very impressive none the less.

Go cart engine will be fine, this is not the first jk with 1 ton axles and 40s. I would never put a ford motor in my jeep, but a chevy motor will find its way in there within the next year or two.

Warranty.......we don't need no drinkin warranties. In my experience dealerships try to weasel their way out of warranties if u put anything aftermarket on a vehicle. Atleast that's my experience.

I just read this in my warranty doc:
"...removal of stickers will also void your warranty."
If you re-add a "trail rated" sticker to your 1 ton, then you should be good.
