There are a few clubs over there. You'll be well received should you chose to link up with them. Plus they're a good network for switching stock parts on and off for your TÜV inspection. Depending on where you go, they can be real dicks about modded bumpers and fenders. Check out Kaiserslautern Off-Road Club on Facebook, and from there they should be able to direct you to other jeeps at other garrisons if ktown isn't your destination.
