Thanks I spent several months digging through different threads looking for stuff I liked, then talked to several members on here which pointed me in the right direction as far as what was best for me and the look I wanted.

Lowes took a bit of time, but got it all figured out eventually
Plug kit, if I can't fix it with that then I'll get it towed on a flatbed still cheaper than a new bumper right now lol

Can you please elaborate? Where in Lowes did you find the plugs (what department)? I found some at the auto parts store but they were too small.

I am running 4" back space and -38 offset and have a bit of tire beyond the fenders. The rooster tail is wicked, especially at slower speeds.
To the OP.. I echo the suggestion to stubby that bumper. I just order the VDP end cap kit. Also, though you will take a hit on mpg, you gotta remove the air dam!!
What shocks are you using?
