Definitely not absolutely necessary. The only thing I really used mine for was adjusting the speedo for bigger tires (so the speedometer showed the correct speed) and lowering the PSI at which the TPM warning light comes on. The procal does do other things, but none of them absolutely necessary.

i appreciate it. since those pics were taken i have changed quite a few things. bushwackers, ace and rubi rails came off and were all replaced with nemesis industries flares and billy rockers. still need to get pics up as ive has some complications with the install and keep taking stuff off to fix it.
