Default From 265/75/16 to 285/70/17

before: 265/75/16 BFG AT

after: 285/70/17 BFG MT

They're an inch taller and an inch wider. In person you can really tell the difference.

No lift for now. It rubs slightly at full lock. I have 3/4 spacers on order. I was thinking the 3/4 spacer would eliminate rubbing, but I now understand it may not. I think I'll see how those go, but now I'm considering going straight to the FT 2 inch Econo Lift to eliminate rubbing for sure and better break over. Hmmm....

The 285s are what 33"s? Looks good. I have the same jeep and am wanting to get some better "shoes". Have you had these on the hwy yet? How do they sound?

"looks good. was it hard to remove the "X"?"

Thanks!
It was simple. A little heat from a hair dryer, then pulled it off with my thumbnail.

Thanks again. They are 32.8". From stock skinny street tires, to the BFG AT's there was almost no observable increase in noise. Now, with the BFG MT's, I can hear them above 35 mph. Note that it is not intrusive, just noticable. I don't know if it's b/c they're new to me, but I like they way they sound. Hope that helps!
