I finally got to ditch the stock tires a few days ago. I thought I'd post these pics up in a new thread since I haven't seen too many people running this size. They're 33's...roughly the same height as 285's but wider. I'm very happy with the look & feel of these. I decided to go with the BFG's based on my past experience with them on my TJ & the fact that they came in a wider 33. I considered GY Duratracs but they didn't have anything between a 285 & a 315.
These pics are with a Teraflex leveling kit & 1.5" Spidertrax wheel spacers. Since taking the pics I've gone back & picked up the matching spare. My 11 yr old son is happy that I no longer have "wimpy tires"!

looks great!
thanks for the details, thats exactly what i want on my four door as well.
I have been looking at other AT, i have bfg MT right now and they are good off road, but on road they are a little noisy. How is the ride with these?
Any loss in fuel econ or have to adjust your speedo?
do you need a spacer to fit your spare on?

I was worried about the wider tire fitting on the tailgate but it does...just barely. Any taller or wider & it would need a spacer.

Looks great but still retains the factory look which I like. JK's should have that size tire come standard instead of the stock pizza cutters that come on the X's.
