HOW are you getting 18 mpg?!? Is that all downhill driving? I've got just over 1000 miles on my new Rubicon Hard Rock with 35" tires and a 2.5" lift and the best the computer ever registered was 12.5 mpg.

I'm enjoying my Jeep but it's a rolling brick! I realized I was saying goodbye to good gas mileage before I even bought it.

I've got a 2010 Shelby Cobra convertible and the only way I could get 12 mpg in it is to punch a hole in the gas tank.

18 is not MPG.....its 18L/100Km (canada)....MPG would be 12.4

Default Im glad i went with 33s over 35s now

After seeing the 6 mpg between 33s and 35s

im now absolutely staying with my nitto 33s getting 18 mpg rather than paying more per tire only to watch gas gauge light come on every time i look

I have 35" KO2's, 2 1/2" lift, 3:73 auto, ProCal drive easy and do better that when I was stock. Average about 18.3 according to the computer. I'm in PA on the edge of the mountain about 1,000' elevation that I regularly go up and down.

I have 35s, 2.5" lift, heavy bumpers, 3.6, manual... And I am in the mountains of western NC... Get about 18.5 mpg. I did flash for tire size so it's about accurate.

Do you have a 3.8 or 3.6?

That's why there's a difference, we don't have the same engine. With my 33" Toyo AT2, 1.75" lift, 3:73 auto....I get 12.5mpg on flat surface...but I don't have flashpaq or procal.

I don't think that this is a good comparison. From what I can tell the people in this thread with 33s have M/T's and you have A/T's.
Plus KO's are know for running small where nitto or toyo tire running closer to the listed size.
