I have read people say 35 MTRKs are same size as 37 KM2s... Not to me.

Ive noticed on my buddies diesels that have 35's...... all 35" MTs look awesome..........until you're sitting beside someone with 37's!

With a 2.5" lift and no fenders, could you run 37's fine?

You'd have to adjust your bumpstops for offroading but technically yes you could.

If the lift kit came with bumpstops... would that resolve this? I'd like to run a 3" lift from teraflex but jesus they are expensive!
