Default 35's on non lifted Lt. Graystone Unlimited X 4x4

This is my wife's Unlimited X 4x4, no lift with my 35x12.50x15 tires on 15x8 ION 170 wheels, 3.5" backspacing. FWIW they actually fit pretty good if you never cared to leave the pavement. The front air dam would need to be trimmed (rubs when backing up and turning), and possibly a tiny bit of that pinch seam in the rear wheel well that sticks out some.

Sweet wheels and tires. Looks tough! You plan on lifting it? Or living in fear of speedbumps forever?

I also installed 35" tires without a lift. Wheels have 4" backspacing. I had to remove the airdam but there is no rubbing on the street. I actually just wanted to see how they looked but it worked out for the time being until my Black Diamond 3" lift came in. It's here now so I'll be installing it this weekend then it's back offroad I go !

drbeddow - what kind of wheels are those? did the beadlocks come on them, or did you add them to the wheels?

lol well I really don't. I was cheating a bit...those wheels on my wife's X are the ones off my Jeep. They won't be staying on hers, I was just trying them out for the heck of it. I've got her 17" Sahara wheels on mine right now, I was experimenting with 32" tires on mine and how drivable 5.13's are with some stock tires on it.

4" of lift would make it look good.

Pro Comp 8179 . The "beadlock" rings are also Pro Comp but they don't advertise them well. I ordered them and added them to the wheels.

is it an actual beadlock system, or just a simulated beadlock?
