I see this kind of like 35s with a 1in BL, most people will think your crazy (they may be right I don't know) but I think it'll fit with the tubes and the cutouts you have mentioned.
Like you said if it rubs the finders a little no damage done, but if it rubes sheet metal cut some more of it out. Done.
Don't forget the Lowerfourty JK 40s and no lift, just cut the sheet metal out of the way and hit the trail.

ok here we go. the drive home was smooth and the 40s didnt rub at all but will rub the frame and bumper when flexed. Solution. needs back spacing. as for flexed up we will do that on wednesday but it looks as if the trimming should be minimal an the rear. heres a few pics.
